Claudia heads up our specialist Endoscopy sector, placing on average 56 Consultant Gastroenterologists, Endoscopy RGNs, HCAs and Patient Administrators each week.Claudia joined TTM Healthcare in 2018 and today her division is the preferred provider of Endoscopy staff for the largest healthcare provider in the UK.
Claudia has over 12 years’ experience in recruitment, both in the United Kingdom and in South Africa where she grew up - starting out with a Secretarial and PA Diploma and working as a receptionist at a recruiting firm. Moving to the UK she worked as a carer which gave her valuable insight into how the NHS and healthcare sector worked. This knowledge together with her love for people landed her the role of Recruitment Consultant at the UK’s largest provider of Occupational Health Professionals, and her career grew from there.
Claudia is driven by the dynamics of recruitment – a combination of running her own desk while being part of a winning team. She believes ‘being there’ for her candidates and clients is what differentiates her service and TTM Healthcare as a company:
“There are lots of recruitment companies offering all kinds of gimmicks. But what counts is providing real service and care. I am available 24/7 supporting both candidates and clients. I’m also a firm believer in constantly striving to beat your own best.”
Outside of work Claudia’s life is a mixed bag of passions – ranging from walking dogs at the SPCA to yoga and theatre.
